Outsourcing Payroll and HRIS
AZ engaged to conduct RFP to determine best outsources pay roll provider and HRIS system for client. AZ supported / managed the commercials and supplier selection. AZ then project managed the entire project through to implementation. This included requirements analysis, business impact analysis, systems definition, data cleansing, data migration, user training and communication.
Complex Organisational Change
AZ engaged to provide programme management expertise to establish 24/5.5 global operating model to support foreign exchange trading. This included the management of complex multi-workstream global programme of work. Engagement covered entire cycle from requirements to implementation.
